In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment primarily for business roles (sales, dealing/trading support, marketing, operations, compliance, and other corporate functions), with occasional support for other areas.\nYou will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, leveraging your deep knowledge of the Indonesian talent market, strategic sourcing skills, and a candidate-focused approach to attract top talent. Your work will directly support our ability to scale and build a high-performing organisation in Indonesia.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nManaging end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and compliance across the Indonesian market\n\nPartnering with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to define role requirements and build ideal candidate profiles\n\nDesigning and optimising selection processes to improve assessment quality and candidate experience, in line with local market expectations\n\nSourcing and engaging top talent across local and international markets, using innovative methods and tools (LinkedIn, local job boards such as Jobstreet/Kalibrr, professional communities and referrals)\n\nActing as a talent acquisition advisor, sharing insights on the Indonesian labour market, salary benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and recruitment KPIs\n\nBuilding and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs\n\nManaging offer negotiations and successfully closing candidates in line with local compensation practices and regulations\n\nEnsuring recruitment practices comply with Indonesian labour law and company policies\n\nConsistently promoting XTB as an employer of choice in Indonesia\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Fintech roles within a dynamic, high-growth environment\n\nStrong knowledge of the Indonesian talent market and local sourcing channels\n\nProven success in hiring mid- and senior-level professionals against ambitious timelines\n\nExperience partnering with and advising senior stakeholders\n\nExcellent sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics tools\n\nStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities\n\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail\n\nFluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken\n\nFamiliarity with OJK-regulated or financial-sector hiring requirements in Indonesia\n\nExperience hiring across Southeast Asia\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus\n\nTraining budget and language course support\n\nThe opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative, and international environment\n\nExtra days off for your birthday, volunteering, and wellbeing initiatives\n\nModern office facilities with a collaborative and friendly atmosphere\n\nWhy Join Us?\nAt XTB, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation in Indonesia by attracting the business talent that drives our success.
