Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance. Document technical designs, solutions, and provide knowledge transfer.\nRequirements Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience as a D365 Technical Consultant working primarily on Sales and Customer Service modules. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure services. Experience with custom workflows, plugins, and API integrations. Strong understanding of Dataverse/CDS and D365 customization framework. Knowledge of SQL Server, FetchXML, and data migration tools. Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.\nPreferred\nQualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Sales/Customer Service or Power Platform. Experience with DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment automation.
