Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions. Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend relevant improvements or upgrades. Support end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment assistance. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Technical Consultant. Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) - data modeling, ingestion, unification, and segmentation. Hands-on experience with Agentforce and building AI-driven agent experiences. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration. Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.). Strong understanding of data management, security models, and governance principles within Salesforce. Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and fixing issues. Salesforce Developer / Data Cloud certifications preferred.\nPreferred\nQualifications: Experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud implementations. Familiarity with Salesforce AI (Einstein) features and automation use cases.
