The role combines operational accounting, financial control, compliance and process optimisation within a growing international scale-up. The position requires a proactive, hands on professional who works independently, takes ownership and continuously improves the finance organisation. Financial Administration:\nManage the complete financial administration for multiple legal entities.\nPerform and supervise daily bookkeeping activities.\nManage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.\nExecute and control payment runs.\nPerform bank reconciliations.\nEnsure accurate and complete financial records. Financial Reporting:\nPrepare monthly Profit & Loss statements.\nPrepare monthly Balance Sheet reports.\nPerform month-end and year-end closing activities.\nMaintain General Ledger integrity.\nSupport budgeting and financial forecasting.\nPrepare financial analyses when required. Tax & Compliance:\nEnsure compliance with Dutch tax legislation.\nPrepare and review VAT-related documentation.\nCoordinate tax filings with external advisors.\nSupport statutory reporting requirements.\nMaintain compliance with financial regulations. International Trade\nSupport financial processes related to import and export activities.\nEnsure correct accounting treatment of international transactions.\nMonitor VAT implications of international trade.\nSupport logistics-related financial processes. Financial Process Improvement\nAnalyse existing financial processes.\nDevelop and implement improvements.\nStandardise finance procedures.\nImprove internal controls.\nIncrease efficiency through automation where possible.\nDevelop scalable finance processes suitable for company growth. External Stakeholder Management\nMaintain relationships with accountants, tax advisors, payroll providers, banks, auditors and authorities.\nEvaluate external service providers and recommend improvements. Finance Systems\nBecome the key user of Yuki.\nMaintain and improve finance system usage.\nSupport future system improvements and integrations.\nEnsure data integrity across financial systems. Initial Responsibilities (First 3 Months)\nTake over the complete finance function.\nUnderstand existing financial processes.\nOptimise Yuki usage.\nReview FY2025 financial administration.\nValidate bookkeeping quality.\nReview collaboration with 100digitaal.\nPresent a Finance Health Report.\nRequirements Required\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. CA / CMA qualification preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of Financial Control/Accounting experience.\nExperience managing multiple legal entities.\nInternational business experience.\nERP/accounting systems experience.\nYuki experience.\nInternational trade & VAT experience is an advantage.
