Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with minimal downtime. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer when required. Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong expertise in Python (Mandatory). Extensive experience in developing and integrating Web Services (REST/SOAP) (Mandatory). Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, including stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and performance tuning. Experience with Jasper Reports development and customization. Strong understanding of relational databases, preferably Oracle. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Python frameworks such as Flask or Django. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
