This role is critical to ensuring adherence to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Rule 3 compliance requirements for Indian legal entities. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the primary technical liaison with the Finance Head, statutory auditors, and compliance teams. Participate in UAT sessions and audit walkthroughs to present compliance evidence and system readiness. Solution Architecture Design and implement a secure, scalable ETL and hosting architecture for Books of Account data from Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO). Architect data pipelines using Oracle DBCS, APEX, and SFTP servers hosted in India. Ensure daily incremental backups, audit trails, and real-time dashboards are in place.
