PaaS: virtual machines, VNets, NSGs, load balancers, storage accounts, Azure Backup and Site Recovery.\nBuild and manage hybrid connectivity: Site-to-Site VPN, Azure Firewall and DNS.\nConfigure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy and RBAC.\nSupport Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) host pools, images, FSLogix and scaling plans.\nCitrix:\nImplement and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Citrix DaaS: Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Studio, machine catalogues, Delivery Groups and policies.\nBuild and maintain master images (MCS), profile management, Workspace Environment Management and application layering/delivery.\nDeploy, configure and troubleshoot Citrix ADC (NetScaler) and Gateway: load balancing, SSL/TLS profiles, authentication (LDAP, SAML, OAuth/OIDC), responder policies and HA.\nUse Citrix ADM for configuration jobs, StyleBooks, certificate management and analytics.\nTroubleshoot ICA/HDX, logon performance and connectivity using Director and related tools.\nMicrosoft Infrastructure\nSupport Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and PKI (AD CS).\nMaintain file services, patching (WSUS / Intune / Azure Update Manager)\n3+ years' experience in an ICT support or infrastructure environment.\nStrong 2/3rd line troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory and Group Policy.\nExperience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft environments.\nGood understanding of networking, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and routers.\nExperience with device management, deployment and IT service management systems.\nKnowledge of PowerShell, security and system monitoring.\nExperience contributing to IT projects, including technical implementation, planning and reporting.\nStrong customer service, communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to prioritize workload, work under pressure and take ownership of issues.\nSelf-motivated, collaborative and committed to ongoing learning.\nService Delivery\nOwn L2 incident, problem and change tickets in line with SLAs (ServiceNow)\nProduce clear technical documentation: HLD/LLD inputs, build guides, runbooks and handover notes.\nEscalate to and collaborate with L3 and vendor support (Microsoft, Citrix), and mentor L1 colleagues.\nTake part in on-call and out-of-hours maintenance windows where required\nWhat Qualifies You\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nundefined\n3 to 5 years in an L2 or implementation engineering role in a managed services or enterprise environment.\nHands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.\nStrong Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy and Windows Server skills.\nPractical Citrix CVAD/DaaS experience, with working knowledge of Citrix ADC/NetScaler (CLI and GUI).\nGood networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS/PKI, VPN, firewalls and load balancing.\nPowerShell scripting and automation.\nStrong troubleshooting skills, clear written and spoken communication, and a customer-first attitude.\nDesirable\nMicrosoft certifications (preferred): AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, AZ-140, AZ-700.\nCitrix
