platforms, using various integration technologies used at XTIUM\nDesign, develop, and maintain integration flows using an array of different platforms, APIs, databases, protocols, and data formats\nDevelop integrations that are designed and implemented as reusable building blocks\nBuild scalable solutions to solve current and future integration challenges\nCollaborate, review code and build with other engineers to ensure each integration maintains a consistent level of technical standards as set by the team\nCreate and maintain technical designs, sequence diagrams and other systems integration + operations related documents\nDocument technical details clearly to various stakeholders of different technical levels\nSupport the daily stability of XTIUM’s integration ecosystem\n50/50 split on General Integration Development and ServiceNow Backend Development\nHeavy collaboration with team members during Eastern US hours\nBe available for the occasional extended hours when tight deadlines need to be met\nComplete other duties as assigned\nWhat Qualifies You\nEither\nWithin the last year:\nAT LEAST 1000 hours of Hands-on development experience with integration technologies and building integrations across various platforms.\nProgramming\nAt least 500 hours of DEDICATED for ServiceNow (Glide-related) scripting\nOR At least 1000 hours DEDICATED for JavaScript programming\nOR At least 1500 hours DEDICATED for any other Object-Oriented Language\nOR a combination of the above 3 competencies\nAT LEAST 500 hours of DEDICATED ETL Engineering/Development\nAT LEAST 300 hours of ITSM/Ticketing-System Integration/Development/Administration\nAT LEAST 100 hours of writing AUTOMATION SCRIPTS (PowerShell, Groovy, Bash, Python, or PHP)\nWithin the last 5 years:\nAT LEAST 3000 hours Hands-on development experience with integration technologies and building integrations across various platforms.\nProgramming\nAt least 1500 hours of DEDICATED for MongoDB\nExperience resolving performance issues, including database bottlenecks and concurrency\nExpert level understanding with architectural design, API definition, JVM stack and memory management, caching, threading, etc.\nExperience with troubleshooting difficult production issues e.g., memory leaks, network problems, intermittent failures etc. across the stack\nExcellent, Clear & Fluent English verbal skills for deep and engaged technical discussions\nExcellent, Clear & Fluent English written skills for comprehensive written communication with other engineers\nExcellent, Clear &
