Our Montréal engineering team works in an Agile, collaborative environment, building modern, scalable software at the intersection of AI, cloud, and business intelligence.\nThe Role\nHybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)\nWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who works AI-first: someone who uses AI tools and AI-driven development methods as a natural part of how they build software, and who helps the whole team do the same. You will design and ship full-stack features across our .NET backend and modern frontend, and drive the adoption of AI-driven development practices (including AI-DLC) across the engineering team.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role, not a people-management role. You will lead AI initiatives and automation projects, and act as a technical reference and multiplier for the team.
