岗位职责 / Responsibilities 职位描述： 1.负责新项目结构件（塑胶/硅胶/耗材等）供应商早期规划，完成风险识别与预案制定，确保量产供应安全。 2.建立并维护结构件新品类供应商资源池，定期调研竞品供应链及行业工艺/材料趋势。 3.制定新物料目标价，主导成本核算与商务谈判，督促采购团队达成成本目标。 4.协同研发、品质参与结构设计评审，推动物料标准化和DFM优化。 5.管理采购团队，分解绩效，培养专业能力; 建立供应链风险预警机制，保障连续性。 任职要求 / Requirements 职位要求 1、全日制本科以上学历，211/985优先，5年以上采购工作经验，8人以上采购团队管理经验，熟练的成本分析能力，强大的商务谈判能力。 2、精通注塑或者机加传动件等工艺及成本结构，具备独立核算与谈判能力。 3、熟悉采购及供应商管理相关流程，熟悉生产流程与工厂运营，具有良好的分析能力、预测能力和表达能力，掌握相关产品的知识。 4、结果导向，抗压能力强，跨部门沟通协调能力突出。
