\n5.推动共性问题（多个场景反复出现的同类缺陷）沉淀为正式的通用修复方案，避免重复打补丁; \n6.建立跨场景的回归验证机制，降低能力升级对存量功能的冲击风险。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n岗位要求\n1.5 年以上路径规划、运动控制或 CAM 相关领域工作经验，有跨模块系统集成或架构设计经验者优先; \n2.具备扎实的路径规划、GCode 生成、多轴联动控制相关技术基础，能读懂不同技术方案并识别潜在的系统级风险; \n3.具备跨学科系统视角，理解标定/图像处理/路径规划/运动控制等环节如何相互影响; \n4.具备较强的架构设计与技术判断能力，能在\"统一规范\"和\"灵活性\"之间做合理取舍; \n5.具备优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力，能推动多方就统一接口达成一致; \n6.熟悉建模分析与算法仿真工具，能独立完成系统级问题的量化分析与验证。\n加分项\n1.有主导过接口标准化、通用能力沉淀的实际经验; \n2.熟悉激光雕刻、CNC等多种工艺的运动控制/路径规划特性;
