岗位职责 / Responsibilities

职位描述：

1、日常支持：及时解答用户问题、指导用户操作、系统BUG处理;

2、支持金蝶与其他业务系统集成工作，如接口提供，开发简单的需求，大的项目开发需求配合外部开发联调工作;

3、权限管理：负责系统后台管理，含用户、账号、权限等，并针对权限问题提出合理性建议;

4、需求管理：做好需求沟通和收集，评估、提出可落地方案，并反馈部门负责人;

5、持续优化：完善操作手册并提供必要的用户培训，持续优化系统高效、安全的运维体系;

6、其他公司系统运维或其他上级安排任务;

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理相关专业，工作年限5年以上;

2、具备较好的沟通、协调、团队合作和方案能力，工作积极，态度认真负责;

3、有ERP运维经验，熟悉财务、进销存和生产业务; 熟悉金蝶云星空产品运维;

4、熟悉金蝶BOS平台设置参数、规则，可以结合业务需求进行配置;

5、有一定的C#、python开发能力;

6、要求熟悉SQL Server、MySQL、oracle等至少一种数据库，精通SQL语言基本语法和服务器的一些shell命令，语法等;
