You will be assigned to a Singapore Government project, where you’ll work directly with stakeholders to shape digital solutions that make a real impact on citizens’ lives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to large-scale IT projects in the public sector, while sharpening your skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. Candidates with public sector experience are preferred, as this role supports IT projects for government agencies.\nRequirement Gathering and Analysis:\n Work closely with government stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, prioritise needs, and translate them into clear deliverables.\n Document user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.\n Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for efficiency and user satisfaction.\n Analyse the impact of the requested changes and identify key success factors, metrics, and dashboards for monitoring.\n Design and Visualisation:\n Draw wireframes to visualise websites and applications based on stakeholder requirements.\n Ensure proposed designs align with business goals and user expectations.\n Collaboration and Delivery:\n Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA testers to ensure requirements are delivered as intended.\n Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project success.\n Testing and Quality Assurance:\n Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.\n Document results and work with teams to address issues before release.\n Requirements\nMust have:\nMinimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects.\nEnd-to-end experience delivering and maintaining software.\nExperience in requirements gathering, workshop, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.\nFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to adapt in different business sectors.\nFamiliarity with wireframing and design tools such as Figma.\nGood to Have:\nExperience with Singapore Government Project will be advantageous.\nDegree/Diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or related fields.\nKnowledge of UML (BPMN, ERD, State-Transition Flow).\nUnderstanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).\nExperience in large-scale digital projects\nFamiliarity with product management frameworks and tools (Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.\nExperience as a Software Developer or equivalent.\nExperience with a content management system/website project.\nBenefits\nBy submitting your resume/CV, you consent and agree to allow the information provided to be used and processed by or on behalf of Xtremax Pte Ltd for purposes related to your registration of interest in current or future employment with us and for the processing of your application for employment.\nYou also represent to us that you have obtained the consent of your referees when you disclose to us their personal data for the purpose of conducting reference checks.\nThe personal data held by us relating to your application will be kept strictly confidential and in accordance with the PDPA.
