You’ll understand hiring needs, build relationships with clients, identify strong technology professionals, and manage the recruitment journey from initial engagement through successful placement.\nA key part of the role is headhunting and passive-candidate sourcing. Rather than waiting for applications, you’ll proactively identify the right people, start meaningful conversations, understand their career motivations, and build relationships that can develop over the long term.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand clients' hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.\nProactively identify and approach qualified tech candidates, including passive candidates who are not actively looking for new opportunities.\nConduct headhunting and direct sourcing through LinkedIn, professional networks, talent databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across different roles and skill sets.\nConduct candidate screening, interviews, qualification, and candidate profiling.\nAdvise candidates on suitable career opportunities while building long-term relationships with them.\nWork towards and exceed recruitment, business development, and revenue targets.\nRequirements\nProven experience in headhunting / executive search / direct sourcing.\nHands-on experience approaching and engaging passive candidates, particularly through LinkedIn or other professional networks.\nStrong ability to identify and assess talent beyond active job applicants.\nSuccessful 360° recruitment experience, covering both business development and candidate recruitment.\nExperience in permanent recruitment and/or headhunting is highly preferred.\nStrong understanding of recruitment market dynamics and candidate behaviour.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.\nDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue or business targets.\nComfortable working with recruitment targets and KPIs.\nStrong curiosity and genuine interest in understanding people, their motivations, and career aspirations.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.\nWho
