You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.\nThis role offers strong exposure to enterprise and Singapore government projects, with opportunities to contribute to the growth and direction of a fast-expanding cloud services practice.\nKey Responsibilities Client & Account Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with client stakeholders across IT and operations teams.\nUnderstand client environments and proactively identify opportunities for service improvements, optimisation, and expansion.\nSupport account growth by collaborating with the Business Unit Owner on upselling and cross-selling services offerings.\nParticipate in client meetings, service reviews, and performance reporting, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.\nSupport engagements for partnerships particularly for enterprise and government clients.\nService Delivery & Operations Management\nOversee end-to-end delivery and operations of cloud and infrastructure managed services, ensuring service reliability, performance, and compliance with SLAs.\nWork closely with internal engineering and support teams to ensure smooth service execution and continuous improvement.\nEstablish and refine operational processes, frameworks, and governance models to support scalable growth.\nEnsure compliance withsecurity standards, and client governance requirements, especially for public sector projects.\nCloud & Infrastructure Expertise\nProvide operational oversight for cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure systems, and platform services.\nWork with technical teams to ensure solutions align with best practices in cloud operations, security, and scalability.\nStay updated on industry trends to support continuous improvement and innovation in managed services delivery.\nDrive a culture of operational excellence and customer-centricity.\nIdentify gaps and implement improvements in service delivery, resource planning, and talent pipeline development.\nSupport the scaling of operations to handle larger and more complex managed services engagements.\nRequirements\nStrong background in cloud operations, infrastructure support, or managed services delivery.\nProven experience in a Service Delivery Manager / Operations Manager / Cloud Operations role.\nExperience managing enterprise accounts, with the ability to engage stakeholders and support account growth.\nComfortable handling client-facing responsibilities, including service reviews and operational discussions.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) is preferred.\nExposure to public sector environments in Singapore is a strong advantage.\nWorking knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure environments.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nBy submitting your resume/CV, you consent and agree to allow the information provided to be used and processed by or on behalf of Xtremax Pte Ltd for purposes related to your registration of interest in current or future employment with us and for the processing of your application for employment.\nYou also represent to us that you have obtained the consent of your referees when you disclose to us their personal data for the purpose of conducting reference checks.\nThe personal data held by us relating to your application will be kept strictly confidential and in accordance with the PDPA.
