This role involves planning and executing tests, identifying defects, driving continuous improvement in testing processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports across multiple projects.\nDocument formal test plans and execute test cases to ensure business and functional requirements are met.\nIdentify application inconsistencies, bugs, and defects, and communicate findings through appropriate channels.\nLog defects, track resolutions, and perform re-testing and validation after fixes are implemented.\nAssess application functionality, performance, reliability, and stability, and present regular status reports to management.\nFollow up on and validate corrective, containment, and preventive actions to ensure long-term quality improvements.\nCoordinate and support internal and external audits in accordance with ISO requirements.\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.\nCollaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure test coverage aligns with user stories and acceptance criteria.\nProvide QA input during backlog grooming to help refine user stories and define clear, testable acceptance criteria.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree preferred, or 1-3 years of relevant working experience in software testing or quality assurance.\nKnowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and fundamental testing methodologies.\nFamiliarity with QA automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium and TestNG.\nFamiliarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad, and understanding of CI/CD concepts (highly preferred).\nHands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nAbility to create and validate test cases based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative releases.\nUnderstanding of Agile testing principles such as shift-left testing, continuous testing, and iterative validation\nStrong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and recommendations.\nBy submitting your resume/CV, you consent and agree to allow the information provided to be used and processed by or on behalf of Xtremax Pte Ltd for purposes related to your registration of interest in current or future employment with us and for the processing of your application for employment.\nYou also represent to us that you have obtained the consent of your referees when you disclose to us their personal data for the purpose of conducting reference checks.\nThe personal data held by us relating to your application will be kept strictly confidential and in accordance with the PDPA.
