You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and delivery confidence through a combination of strong testing fundamentals, automation, and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and execute test strategies across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.\nBuild, maintain, and improve automated test suites and frameworks.\nIncrease automation coverage and reduce manual regression effort.\nSupport integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.\nPerform API, integration, regression, exploratory, and risk-based testing.\nIdentify quality risks and provide recommendations to stakeholders.\nContribute to QA standards, best practices, and process improvements.\nMentor team members and promote a quality-first engineering culture.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).\nHands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.\nExperience building or improving automation frameworks.\nExperience with API testing and automation.\nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and software testing principles.\nBasic programming or scripting knowledge (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPerformance testing or large-scale system experience is a plus.\nBenefits\nBy submitting your resume/CV, you consent and agree to allow the information provided to be used and processed by or on behalf of Xtremax Pte Ltd for purposes related to your registration of interest in current or future employment with us and for the processing of your application for employment.
