In this role, you will work closely with government clients, business stakeholders, Account Managers, BDMs, and technology partners to understand business challenges and design innovative, scalable, and practical technology solutions.\nYou will play a key role throughout the pre-sales and solutioning lifecycle, from customer discovery and requirements gathering to solution design, technical proposals, government tenders, presentations, and project transition.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Consulting & Architecture\nUnderstand customer business requirements, challenges, and pain points to identify the right technology solutions. \nDesign end-to-end solution architectures that align with customer objectives, technical requirements, and business needs. \nEvaluate and recommend suitable technologies, architecture patterns, and implementation approaches. \nDevelop solution concepts and technical designs across multiple technology domains. \nCustomer & Technical Engagement\nConduct customer discovery sessions, technical discussions, and solution workshops. \nPresent and explain solution architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \nProvide technical consultation and guidance throughout the pre-sales and opportunity lifecycle. \nAddress technical questions and provide clarification during customer discussions. \nGovernment Tender & Proposal\nReview and analyse Government Terms of Reference (TOR), Request for Proposal (RFP), and other procurement requirements. \nContribute to the development of technical specifications, solution designs, and technical proposal documents. \nSupport the preparation of tender responses and technical submissions. \nParticipate in technical clarification sessions during the bidding and evaluation process. \nTechnical Leadership & Collaboration\nWork closely with Business Development, Account Management, Delivery Teams, and Technology Partners to develop comprehensive solutions. \nProvide technical leadership and guidance throughout the pre-sales process. \nEnsure effective handover and transition of proposed solutions from pre-sales to project delivery teams. \nSupport the team in addressing technical challenges and ensuring alignment between customer expectations and proposed solutions. \nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or a similar role. \nProven experience in designing and delivering enterprise or government technology solutions. \nStrong understanding of solution architecture and the ability to design solutions across multiple technology domains. \nExperience in reviewing or preparing Government TOR, RFP, tender responses, and technical proposal documents. \nStrong customer-facing, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills. \nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. \nStrong stakeholder management and consulting skills. \nAbility to work collaboratively with sales, business development, delivery, and technology teams. \nAWS certification is highly advantageous. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with government agencies or public-sector organisations. \nExperience participating in government tenders and procurement processes. \nAWS Cloud architecture or relevant cloud certification. \nExperience working in a System Integrator, IT Consulting, Cloud Services, or Technology Consulting
