We are looking for a Software Developer Lead to guide a team building and running system-integration products. You will turn business requirements into production outcomes by shaping architecture, making and communicating technical decisions, and helping engineers deliver and improve continuously. We want someone who stays hands-on and technically credible, while raising the quality of decisions across the team and working well with other teams, external partners, and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: 1. System Design and Architecture Translate business requirements into technical solutions, defining components, service boundaries, APIs, data flows, and data models. Choose between synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns and evaluate architectural trade-offs. Consider scalability, reliability, security, observability, and maintainability from the start. 2. System Integration Design and oversee integrations with internal services and external or third-party systems (REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven flows). Define how the system behaves under timeouts, retries, duplicate requests, partial failures, and inconsistent data, including idempotency and reconcilia
