You'll also have opportunities to participate in solution workshops, proof-of-concepts, and customer discussions during pre-sales engagements.\nIf you have a software engineering background, enjoy solving business problems with technology, and want to help organisations adopt modern cloud and AI capabilities, we'd love to hear from you.\nResponsibility\nPartner with customers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and user needs. \nFacilitate discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions. \nTranslate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria. \nCollaborate closely with software engineers, solution architects, and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle. \nAnalyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation using cloud technologies. \nSupport solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical discussions during customer engagements and pre-sales activities. \nWork within Agile Scrum teams to prioritise product backlogs and support sprint planning. \nCoordinate testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production rollouts to ensure successful solution delivery. \nBuild strong relationships with customers by providing trusted technical and business advisory throughout project delivery.\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. \nApproximately 4-7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or similar role. \nGood understanding of modern software development practices and Agile methodologies. \nExperience working closely with software engineering teams in delivering digital solutions. \nStrong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements. \nAbility to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories. \nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. \nFamiliarity with APIs, system integration, and cloud-based applications. \nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nPlus point\nPrevious hands-on experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or Software Developer.\nExperience supporting solution architecture discussions or technical pre-sales engagements.\nExposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nExperience implementing or supporting AI-enabled or Generative AI solutions.\nExperience delivering digital transformation initiatives within enterprise or public sector environments.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, and modern Agile delivery practices.\nBenefits\nBy submitting your resume/CV, you consent and agree to allow the information provided to be used and processed by or on behalf of Xtremax Pte Ltd for purposes related to your registration of interest in current or future employment with us and for the processing of your application for employment.\nYou also represent to us that you have obtained the consent of your referees when you disclose to us their personal data for the purpose of conducting reference checks.\nThe personal data held by us relating to your application will be kept strictly confidential and in accordance with the PDPA.
