Representative.\n\n Location: Maryland, Lagos, Nigeria\n\n Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid) – 1 day onsite\n\nJob Summary\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the business by uncovering new opportunities, sourcing leads, nurturing client relationships, and turning prospects into paying customers.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Spot and cultivate new business opportunities, source and screen leads, and convert prospects into customers.\n\n Develop and sustain solid relationships with clients, showcase the company's products and services, and take part in client meetings and business development initiatives.\n\n Draft and present sales proposals and quotations, chase up sales opportunities, and keep sales records accurate and up to date.\n\n Meet the monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the role while keeping an eye on market shifts and competitor activity.\n\n Submit sales reports on a regular basis and assist with ongoing business development efforts.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related discipline.\n\n 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, commercial sales, or a comparable role.\n\n Demonstrated track record of generating leads and closing sales.\n\n Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.\n\n Target-oriented mindset with solid commercial awareness.\n\n Strong customer relationship management skills.\n\n Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a
