(“Xurrent”) designates a UX Designer. The UX Designer joins the product team and reports to the Lead UX Designer. Your mission is to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for Xurrent’s products and to strengthen the design practice the team has already established. Reporting to the Lead UX Designer, you will you will take features from discovery to implementation and help evolve our product, design system and processes.\nResponsibilities\nDesign user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, visually appealing and aligned with user expectations.\nFollow and help improve the team’s design processes, fostering collaboration, creativity and user-centered practices.\nCollaborate closely with the Lead UX Designer, Head of Product, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals and technical constraints.\nTranslate the product and design strategy set by the Lead UX Designer and Head of Product into concrete designs.\nDrive assigned design projects from concept to implementation, doing hands-on design work throughout.\nConduct user research, usability testing and analysis to inform design decisions and improvements.\nContribute to and maintain design guidelines, patterns and the design system to ensure consistency and quality.\nCollaborate with UI front-end engineers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of design concepts and proposals.\nPresent and explain design work to stakeholders, and give and receive constructive design feedback within the team.\nStay informed about industry trends, best practices and emerging design technologies.\nDistinguishing Characteristics\nSolid experience in user experience design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.\nAttention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.\nProficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and experience working within a design system.\nFamiliarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to non-designers.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a design team and in cross-functional teams.\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of design tasks.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges.\nOpenness to feedback and a continuous improvement mindset.\nImportant Notice: Beware of Recruitment Scams\nWe have been made aware of fraudulent job offers being circulated under Xurrent’s name.
