We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Configuration & Data Modeling\nGather and analyze product requirements from engineering documents, technical specifications, and business stakeholders. \nTranslate business requirements into scalable CPQ configuration solutions. \nDevelop and maintain product models in Tacton CPQ using configuration rules, constraints, dependencies, and validation logic. \nConfigure product structures, BOMs, pricing rules, and intelligent part number generation. \nCollect, organize, maintain, and cleanse product, material, motor, dimensional, and engineering data within the product configuration system. \nEnsure product configurations dynamically respond to user selections by presenting only relevant options based on configuration logic. \nPerform data validation and quality checks to ensure configuration accuracy, consistency, and reliability. \nDeliver high-quality product models that improve configuration accuracy, maintainability, and user experience. \nContribute to continuous improvement of CPQ processes, product data, and modeling standards.\nSystem Support & Collaboration\nWork closely with global Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Pricing, and IT teams. \nSupport integration between Tacton CPQ and enterprise systems by assisting with API-related configuration and troubleshooting. \nParticipate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration issues and enhance system capabilities. \nDemonstrate flexibility to work across different schedules, as needed, to meet project milestones and strict business deadlines. \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. \n3+ years of experience in CPQ, product configuration, or engineering data modeling. \nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, validation, and data cleansing. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. \nExperience working in a cross-functional and Agile environment. \nCore Skills\nRequired\nProduct Configuration Modeling \nRule-Based Configuration & Constraint Logic \nProduct Data, BOM Management & Data Cleansing \nPricing Logic & Configuration Validation \nMicrosoft Excel (Data Management, Analysis & Validation) \nBusiness Requirement Gathering \nStakeholder Collaboration \nTechnical Documentation \nPreferred\nExperience with Tacton CPQ or similar CPQ tool. \nUnderstanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. \nKnowledge of API integrations with ERP, PLM, or custom web applications. \nGood to Have\nExperience with Python, VBA, or Excel automation for data validation, reporting, or process improvements. \nFamiliarity with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools. \nKnowledge of PLM/ERP systems and enterprise integrations.\nJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
