As an individual contributor in this role, you will support the shift supervisor for process accuracy related to the physical movement of material as well as the necessary ERP transactions.\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nImplement processes/strategies and develop employee relationships to exceed our customers’ needs\nEstablish KPIs to track adherence/deviation from established processes for coaching opportunities.\nResponsible for maintaining proper process documentation, training signoffs, related documentation\nAnalyze results to identify additional needs\nConducts coaching and disciplinary measures to hourly employees\nManage suppliers to levels of delivery and quality performance required by Xylem.\nFamiliar with process creation, documentation od process flows, leveraging a workforce as an individual contributor\nAssist shift supervisor with additional needs\nAdditional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organization needs\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field\nProject Management certificate a plus\n3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, continuous improvement or manufacturing engineering\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of external and internal customers.\nEffective verbal/ written communication and presentation skills\nBilingual a plus\nAt Xylem, we embrace diversity and strive to create avenues where employees feel valued and appreciated through our DE&I initiatives and Employee Resources Groups (ERG).
