This role focuses heavily on industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, instrumentation, and related components.\nEquipment-specific training will be provided. If you believe Xylem is the right fit for you, we encourage you to apply today.\nPosition Requirements for Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technicians\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\n2-5 years of technical experience in municipal, industrial, or commercial environments with a strong emphasis on electrical systems\n\nExperience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical equipment, including motors, starters, control panels, sensors, and associated components\n\nExposure to process water, wastewater, or other industrial equipment systems preferred\n\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams\n\nExperience with Microsoft Office and the ability to utilize smart devices\n\nStrong customer-facing and communication skills\n\nAbility to identify and address potential safety concerns\n\nAbility to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check\n\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record\n\nCompensation\nThe estimated pay range for this position is $28-$31 per hour.
