Per il nostro plant produttivo di Montecchio Maggiore (VI) con circa 800 dipendenti, siamo alla ricerca di un Manutentore Elettromeccanico da inserire nel team di manutenzione.

Il manutentore elettromeccanico opera in uno stabilimento produttivo con tecnologie e automazioni complesse come linee di avvolgeria, impianti di saldatura robotizzati, linee di stampaggio robotizzate e linee automatiche di saldatura.

Principali responsabilità:

  • assicurare il corretto intervento di risoluzione guasto rispettando le normative di sicurezza e nei tempi previsti con l’obbiettivo di assicurare la continuità produttiva

  • assicurare la manutenzione programmata come da piano di manutenzione

  • individuare in seguito o durante l’intervento attività di miglioramento atte a ridurre i tempi di fermo macchina e con l’obbiettivo di migliorarne l’efficienza

Competenze:

  • capacità di diagnostica e risoluzione di guasti complessi (ambito automazione)

  • capacità di intervenire sulla ricerca guasti su PLC siemens (S7 300, 400, 1200, 1500)

  • capacità di trarre spunti di miglioramento di fronte a guasti complessi e/o ripetitivi

  • conoscenza di base su azionamenti

  • capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici complessi

  • capacità di lavorare in team

Requisiti:

  • diploma tecnico o professionale in ambito elettrico o meccatronico

  • pregressa esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito manutentivo di aziende metalmeccaniche o esperienza in ambito elettrico industriale

  • disponibilità a lavorare su tre turni; è prevista per la mansione una turnazione calendarizzata di reperibilità durante i weekend e/o festività
