This role partners closely with marketing, sales, and business leaders to optimize marketing technology, maintain data integrity, and deliver insights that support business growth.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage and maintain customer, distributor, partner, and contact data within Marketo, Salesforce, and related systems.\nSupport lead generation, customer segmentation, account targeting, and sales enablement initiatives.\nBuild and optimize Marketo landing pages, forms, email campaigns, nurture programs, and A/B testing initiatives.\nManage lead routing and lead flow processes between Marketo and Salesforce.\nSupport Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs through campaign execution, audience management, and reporting.\nDevelop reports and dashboards to analyze campaign performance, lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI.\nMaintain partner documentation, distributor agreements, and sales support tools.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and marketing effectiveness.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.\n2-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, marketing automation, CRM administration, or a related field.\nExperience with Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms) and Salesforce CRM.\nStrong understanding of lead management, segmentation, data governance, and marketing automation best practices.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including reporting, pivot tables, and data analysis.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.\nA data-driven mindset, strong marketing technology expertise, and a passion for improving processes that help marketing and sales teams deliver measurable business results.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.\nExperience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.\nKnowledge of B2B marketing and sales processes, preferably within industrial or technology-focused organizations.\nJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
