We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.\nWhat you’ll do\nProduction equipment maintenance\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and power-transmission systems.\nDiagnose equipment problems using hydraulic and pneumatic gauges, VOM meters, calibration instruments, voltage and current meters, and other testing equipment.\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.\nInvestigate equipment failures and identify effective, lasting solutions.\nUse hand tools, power tools, grinders, drills, welders, and precision measuring equipment safely.\nFabricate, modify, and install mechanical components and production equipment as needed.\nAssist with equipment testing, debugging, and startup.\nElectrical diagnostics and repair\nPerform electrical testing and maintenance repairs within the scope of training, authorization, and applicable safety requirements.\nUse electrical meters and diagnostic instruments to identify equipment issues.\nSupport troubleshooting of electrically controlled production equipment.\nEscalate issues requiring specialized electrical, controls, or engineering support.\nInstallation and improvement projects\nPlan and support the installation of new production equipment.\nAssist with equipment upgrades and process improvements.\nWork with equipment suppliers and vendors onsite and by phone to resolve maintenance issues.\nRecommend improvements that support equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.\nFacility systems\nMaintain and service facility mechanical systems, including applicable building control systems, compressors, HVAC units, and low-pressure steam boiler equipment.\nCoordinate with management or qualified vendors when specialized service or licensing is required.\nDocumentation and teamwork\nComplete maintenance work orders and document repairs, parts used, testing data, equipment status, and work performed.\nCommunicate unusual conditions, safety concerns, and unresolved equipment problems to management.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nFollow all safety, lockout/tagout, quality, environmental, and company procedures.\nProvide work direction to one or two employees or other assigned personnel, as needed.\nPerform other related maintenance duties consistent with the scope of the position.\nWhat you’ll bring\nRequired qualifications\nExperience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial or manufacturing equipment.\nDemonstrated knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\nExperience using electrical meters, including a VOM meter, for basic diagnostics.\nAbility to troubleshoot equipment problems systematically and independently.\nAbility to read and interpret technical information, equipment documentation, and maintenance instructions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to accurately complete maintenance records and work orders.\nAbility to work safely around operating production equipment and follow lockout/tagout procedures.\nAbility to work 3rd shift and meet the attendance and scheduling requirements of the role.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with facility systems, compressors, HVAC equipment, or low-pressure steam boilers.\nWelding, fabrication, machining, or precision measurement experience.\nExperience supporting production equipment installation, commissioning, or startup.\nExperience with PLCs, VFDs, robotics, automated equipment, or controls, if applicable.\nTechnical school, apprenticeship, military training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.\nPrevious experience providing work direction to other maintenance employees.\nWork environment and physical requirements\nThis position works in a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, temperature variations, lubricants, and other industrial conditions.
