You will develop and manage production schedules, coordinate material and resource availability, and collaborate across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to optimize plant performance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, driving continuous improvement, and balancing customer needs with production capacity.\nCore Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity to ensure on-time delivery.\nPartner with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure materials and resources are available to support manufacturing requirements.\nMonitor inventory levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and implement inventory control practices that optimize stock levels and minimize waste.\nAnalyze production performance, capacity utilization, and operating costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.\nSupport quality initiatives by monitoring production processes, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring products meet company and customer requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement efforts by evaluating production workflows, implementing process enhancements, and measuring results.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or related operational experience.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.\nKnowledge of inventory management principles, production planning methodologies, and material flow processes.\nExperience using ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems.\nStrong problem-solving and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAPICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP).\nExperience supporting manufacturing operations in an industrial environment.\nWorking knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting and business intelligence tools.\nExperience leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.\nThe estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus.
