As a HUB Production Support Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting production, inventory, logistics, and yard operations while helping ensure equipment is ready when our customers need it most.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, and wants exposure to multiple areas of operations. From receiving equipment from large-scale demobilizations and managing inventory to operating forklifts and supporting fabrication activities, every day brings new opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLoad and unload equipment, materials, and deliveries from company branches and transportation carriers.\nReceive, inspect, and stock pumps, parts, and related inventory.\nPackage, prepare, and stage equipment and parts for shipment.\nPull parts, materials, and pump equipment to support production schedules and workflows.\nOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.\nLocate, organize, and stage equipment for rental and operational needs.\nSupport yard operations by moving, tracking, and organizing equipment.\nAssist with fabrication, maintenance, equipment preparation, and paint shop activities.\nOperate blast booth equipment and work with various coatings and blasting media.\nProvide logistical support across HUB operations as business demands require.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yard environment.\nFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment\nExperience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment required.\nPrevious inventory control, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to follow detailed procedures and work safely in a production environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple operational functions.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour\nGenerous PTO package and paid holidays\nGenerous retirement savings plan\nCustomizable health, dental and vision insurance (eligible on first date)\nCareer progression plans\nReward and recognition programs\nPaid parental leave\nTuition Reimbursement\nCompany Wellness Program\nEmployee Discount Program\nJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
