initiation through completion, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.\nCoordinate activities across multiple functions and departments.\nManage competing priorities and resolve project roadblocks proactively.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\nTrack project milestones and regularly communicate progress.\nStakeholder Management & Communication\nBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nCommunicate project status, risks, challenges, and achievements to leadership and project teams.\nManage stakeholder expectations and facilitate timely decision-making.\nLead project meetings, presentations, and status reviews.\nGather feedback and incorporate stakeholder input into project plans when appropriate.\nBudget & Resource Management\nDevelop and manage project budgets.\nMonitor expenditures and ensure adherence to approved financial plans.\nAllocate resources effectively across multiple projects and priorities.\nIdentify and mitigate budgetary risks.\nProvide regular reporting regarding project financial performance and resource utilization.\nQuality Management\nEstablish quality standards and control processes for project deliverables.\nConduct project audits, reviews, and quality assessments.\nEnsure all deliverables meet organizational and customer expectations.\nDrive corrective actions and continuous process improvements when quality concerns arise.\nRisk Management\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.\nMonitor emerging risks and escalate issues appropriately.\nMaintain project risk registers and communicate risk status to stakeholders.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation.\nPrepare project dashboards, reports, and executive updates.\nDocument milestones, decisions, lessons learned, and project outcomes.\nEnsure project records are complete, organized, and current.\nProject Evaluation & Continuous Improvement\nConduct post-project reviews and evaluations.\nGather feedback from stakeholders and project teams.\nIdentify opportunities for process, performance, and operational improvements.\nImplement lessons learned to improve future project execution.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.\nProvide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.\nEstablish performance expectations, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nFoster a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven work environment.\nPromote continuous learning and professional development.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technology-related environment.\nProven experience leading complex projects and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.\nExperience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.\nProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management certification.\nExperience supporting Data Center, Critical Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, Electrical, Construction, Manufacturing, or Technology projects.\nExperience working within a high-growth business environment.\nFamiliarity with Lean, range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
