We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.\nBuscamos incorporar un/a Comprador/a Técnico/a que será responsable de evaluar, seleccionar y desarrollar proveedores, asegurando la disponibilidad de insumos, materiales y servicios necesarios para la operación de la compañía.\nLa posición requiere un perfil técnico, con capacidad para interpretar documentación técnica, especificaciones, planos y despieces, facilitando la interacción entre las áreas de Compras, Ingeniería y Producción.\nPrincipales responsabilidades\nSolicitar y analizar cotizaciones para evaluar costes y futuras compras.\nGestionar las compras de acuerdo con el MRP (Material Requirements Planning) semanal y las requisiciones internas, asegurando la disponibilidad de insumos y piezas de producto y minimizando el stock sin rotación.\nGestionar la contratación de proveedores de servicios y realizar su posterior seguimiento y control.\nAnalizar planos, especificaciones técnicas y listas de materiales (BOM) para garantizar la correcta adquisición de los componentes y servicios requeridos.\nMantener actualizada la base de datos de proveedores, asegurando la fiabilidad de la información.\nVerificar archivos de inventario con el objetivo de disminuir diferencias.\nCargar y actualizar despieces en ERP, facilitando el armado del producto.\nBuscar, evaluar y desarrollar nuevos proveedores.\nIdentificar oportunidades de optimización de costes.\nIdentificar proveedores críticos.\nGestionar y realizar el seguimiento de cambios de producto.\nElaborar y realizar el seguimiento de indicadores.\nParticipar en auditorías.\nRequisitos\nPreferentemente, secundario técnico.\nFormación universitaria en Ingeniería (excluyente).\nExperiencia mínima de 4 años en Compras, Abastecimiento o Supply Chain, desarrollada en empresas industriales o manufactureras.\nExperiencia trabajando con documentación técnica, planos y especificaciones de fabricación.\nPerfil técnico y capacidad para interpretar información vinculada a componentes y procesos productivos.\nManejo de sistemas ERP, preferentemente SAP.\n Inglés intermedio oral y escrito, excluyente.\nCompetencias\nOrientación hacia la mejora continua.\nTrabajo en equipo.\nEstandarización de procesos y métodos.\nColaboración proactiva entre departamentos para encontrar soluciones y alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.\nMuy buenas relaciones interpersonales y capacidad de comunicación.\nJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
