This senior-level role is responsible for designing and maintaining secure, scalable access models, administering governance, risk, and compliance processes, and supporting audit readiness through strong documentation and control discipline.\nThe ideal candidate brings deep experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC, and RevTrac, with the ability to operate independently, partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive secure, compliant processes across the SAP landscape.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn SAP Security and Role DesignLead the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP security roles and authorization concepts\nPartner with business and IT stakeholders to align access models with operational requirements and segregation of duties principles\nEvaluate and support user access provisioning, role changes, and remediation activities in alignment with enterprise controls\n\nOwn GRC Design and AdministrationServe as the primary resource for SAP GRC design, configuration support, and ongoing administration\nMaintain and enhance GRC processes to support access governance, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements\nPartner with internal stakeholders to identify control gaps, recommend improvements, and support sustainable governance practices\n\nOwn Transports and RevTracManage and oversee transport-related processes with a strong focus on control, traceability, and change governance\nAct as the subject matter expert for RevTrac, supporting administration, process ownership, and continuous improvement\nEnsure transport procedures are documented, controlled, and aligned with audit and compliance expectations\n\nOwn Documentation for Internal and External AuditDevelop, maintain, and organize documentation supporting internal and external audit requirements\nEnsure security, GRC, and transport control evidence is accurate, complete, and readily available\nSupport audit requests, walkthroughs, and remediation efforts with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience\nSenior analyst-level experience supporting SAP Security\nDemonstrated experience with SAP GRC design and administration\nHands-on experience with RevTrac and transport/change control processes\nStrong understanding of SAP role design, access controls, and governance principles\nExperience supporting documentation and evidence preparation for internal and external audits\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a structured enterprise environment\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in a global enterprise environment\nKnowledge of segregation of duties concepts and access risk management practices\nExperience improving or standardizing SAP security and transport control processes\nFamiliarity with regulated or highly controlled business environments\nProven ability to support cross-functional compliance, audit, and change management initiatives\nWhy Join Xylem\nAt Xylem, your work contributes to a larger purpose: helping address critical water challenges around the world.
