This role safely operates a DOT-regulated vehicle to transport materials and equipment between locations, with a mix of local routes and longer-distance trips that include overnight stays. Some deliveries may involve working with customers. The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, holds or can obtain a Class A or B CDL, and can work independently with minimal supervision.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafely operate a DOT-regulated vehicle to transport materials and equipment to and from customer sites and company locations.\nNavigate difficult routes, including overnight and cross-border trips.\nFollow weight requirements and load distribution guidelines on every haul.\nCommunicate professionally with customers on customer-facing deliveries.\nTake care of the company vehicle, equipment, and property.\nFollow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety procedures, and help build a strong safety culture.\nWork independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.\nSeek out opportunities to learn and stay current on industry best practices.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nClass A or B CDL with applicable endorsements, or the ability to obtain one.\n2-5 years of technical experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience.\nStrong understanding of vehicle weight requirements and load distribution.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nResults-driven, with high standards for safety and performance.\nRequirements\nClean driving record and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).\nAbility to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.\nAbility to obtain required customer site clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).\nAbility to obtain a valid passport for cross-border travel.\nAbility to drive overnight.\nWillingness to travel, depending on division and location (mix of local and longer-distance routes with overnight stays).\nCompletion of DOT driver qualification paperwork, including a driver application, drug and alcohol statement, certificate of violations, statement of on-duty hours, road test, and copies of your driver’s license and medical certificate.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIndustry-specific license(s).\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe estimated pay range for this position is $40 to $45 per hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.
