We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.\nReceiving, Inventory, and Material Control\nUnload incoming shipments and verify received items against packing slips, purchase orders, bills of lading, or other applicable documentation.\nAccurately receive materials into the ERP system, including SAP or similar business systems, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.\nMaintain proper identification, organization, and storage of materials to support efficient retrieval and inventory control.\nTrack stock levels and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and physical inventory activities.\nInvestigate, document, and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or receiving issues to the appropriate personnel.\nMaintain organized and accurate filing and storage of shipping, receiving, inventory, and related operational documentation.\nOrder Fulfillment and Shipping\nPick materials, parts, and products from shelves, bins, racks, or designated storage areas based on work orders, sales orders, or internal requests.\nPack materials for shipment using appropriate methods and materials to ensure accuracy, protection, and cost-effective transportation.\nPrepare orders for customer delivery, carrier shipment, or internal/external pickup in a timely manner to meet operational requirements and customer expectations.\nCoordinate with customers and internal personnel to plan, arrange, and communicate shipment details as needed.\nPrepare and process shipping documentation and update related records in company systems.\nProduction, Assembly, and Shop Support\nDeliver and stage materials, components, and supplies for production and assembly operations.\nUnderstand departmental workflows, shop processes, and assembly requirements to ensure materials are available when and where needed.\nAssist technicians with pump repairs and related shop support activities, including moving parts, staging materials, and supporting general repair workflow.\nCollaborate with technicians and operations personnel to support daily productivity and maintain smooth workflow across warehouse and shop functions.\nEquipment Operation and Material Handling\nSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, hoists, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, transport, and position materials.\nMove materials efficiently within the warehouse, shop, production areas, and yard/compound as required.\nInspect equipment before use and report operational concerns, maintenance needs, or safety issues promptly.\nWarehouse, Yard, and Facility Organization\nMaintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, including aisles, storage areas, workstations, and staging locations.\nSupport cleanliness and organization in the compound/yard area, including proper storage, material placement, and housekeeping.\nDispose of waste, packaging, scrap, and other materials in accordance with established procedures and housekeeping standards.\n Communication and Operational Support\nUse computers and company applications to enter, update, and manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and material movement records.\nDemonstrate working knowledge of ERP systems, or the ability to quickly learn and effectively use ERP software such as SAP.\nCommunicate material shortages, shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, process concerns, or other operational issues to management in a timely manner.\nJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
