You will interact with our team of finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, global process owners, and IT professionals to manage/grow the company’s S2P Platform.\nThis position requires knowledge of financial businesses with a strong emphasis in the Source to Pay area and ongoing support.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for assigned tasks within day-to-day production support of the Source to Pay system, Coupa.\nResponsible for deep business process knowledge in order to identify and propose process efficiencies within the systems.\nConfigure The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System to account for new process requests/requirements that may arise; implement efficient, effective and user-friendly processes within The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System\nResolve escalated issues related to configured processes in The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System\nReview major release notes for The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System and provide delta assessment and impacts.\nProduce, maintain and conduct test plans for user acceptance testing for new functionality and defect resolution; regression testing and testing of fixes to defects in releases.\nPartner with Integration teams responsible for development and support of The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System integrations with interfacing systems.\nPerform day-to-day tasks that involve ongoing support of the system.\nPromotes user adoption by improving usability.\nResponsible for first contact resolution (FCR) for user raised questions and issues, maintaining always a sense of urgency, providing excellent user experience and efficiency\nSupport business requirements gathering, enhancement requests, and defect resolution by documenting needs and helping define practical solutions.\nUtilize strong functional knowledge across Source to Pay functions, including supplier on-boarding, purchase requisitioning, sourcing, invoicing, and payables.\nCreate a positive business relationship with key business stakeholders\nMaintain relationship with the Regional Super Users of The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System\nInfluence up / downstream processes with Executive leaders, peers, and suppliers\nUtilizes reporting tools to write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Develop standard reports for ongoing needs and ad hoc queries as needed, working with staff to identify information requirements.\nMass updates of data in Coupa through Postman APIs.\nPrioritize and escalate issues efficiently for prompt resolution\nTroubleshoot and resolve any integration related issues between Coupa and other systems in the landscape, such as ERP’s and Master Data tools.\nMinimum Requirements\nExperience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms such as Leading ERP (S2P) modules, Coupa, Ariba, Catalyst or Smart by GEP as a technical owner, implementer, or system administrator with strong functional knowledge. Coupa experience mandatory.\nDemonstrated track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.\nExperience in troubleshooting system issues and working with other groups to prioritize and resolve the issues\nExperience in ServiceNow, SAP, Iscala, Navision is good to have\nExperience in Process Improvement\nFluent in excel, word, etc.\nExperience with API with Coupa is a plus.\nSound critical thinking and attention to details\nActing as a liaison between internal associates and external suppliers to resolve concerns\nFluent in English\nFamiliarity with compliance and governance controls.\nPreferred - Finance and or Procurement background\nPreferred - Experienced in multi-system landscape support\nBA or BS degree in Business, Finance, IT with 8+ years of equivalent work experience into Coupa Admin.\nJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
