L'area Operations della sede di Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza) offre ad una persona laureanda o laureata in ambito tecnico / scientifico un percorso di stage della durata di 6 mesi, a supporto delle iniziative nel plant di Montecchio (oltre 850 dipendenti).

Attività:

Avremmo il piacere di coinvolgere lo/la stagista in attività legate al miglioramento dei processi a supporto dei Team Operations, quali:

  • Coinvolgimento in progetti di area derivanti dalla strategia aziendale corporate

  • Supporto nella realizzazione di progetti di miglioramento e innovazione in ambito Operations (es. analisi dei processi)

  • Attività di reportistica e di supporto nella gestione quotidiana del Team Operations

  • Supporto nella gestione operativa di strumenti Lean (es. PDCA, SEQDPI)

La persona sarà inserita in un ambiente dinamico e potrà beneficiare di una significativa esperienza tecnica del team.

Requisiti:

  • Laureando/a oppure Laureato/a in ambito tecnico (statistica, ing. gestionale)

  • Spiccato interesse su ambito di analisi e gestione dei dati / statistica /reportistica

  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team

  • Elevata conoscenza di Excel (Pivot/Macro)

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (B2)

  • Essere in possesso dell'auto (no bus/treno)

CONTRATTO: Stage 6 mesi

Rimborso spese (520-740 euro mese) + mensa gratuita
