This role will supervise up to 25 hourly employees across assembly, testing, painting, crating, and warehousing while driving continuous improvement and fostering a strong team culture.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nSupervise daily production activities, allocate resources, and ensure production schedules are met.\nPromote a safe work environment through safety leadership, audits, and compliance with established procedures.\nMonitor operational performance, quality metrics, and productivity goals.\nLead and develop employees through coaching, training, performance management, and employee engagement.\nCollaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials teams to resolve production challenges.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing, kaizen, and 5S activities.\nEnsure adherence to standard work, quality procedures, and operational processes.\nSupport workforce planning, scheduling, and departmental performance objectives. \nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree and 6+ years of applicable experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience; or High School Diploma and 8+ years of applicable experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience.\nManufacturing, production, operations, or industrial supervision experience.\nProven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and build a culture of accountability.\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.\nExperience driving safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems\nPreferred:\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing, kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience with production reporting, data analysis, and operational metrics.\nThe estimated salary range for this position is $85k to $90k base plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
