We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.\nJob Summary\nSupply Planner manages the end-to-end supply chain by integrating purchasing with production planning to ensure material availability, optimize inventory levels, and maintain on-time delivery performance. This role utilizes ERP/MRP systems to issue purchase orders, manage supplier performance, and align production schedules.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcurement & Supplier Management\nIssue purchase orders and manage supplier commitments to ensure timely fulfillment of material requirements.\n\nNegotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize cost and supply reliability.\n\nMonitor supplier performance using key metrics such as On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) and take corrective actions when necessary.\n\nIdentify and resolve supply disruptions, shortages, or delays to minimize operational impact.\n\nCommunicate demand forecasts and replenishment plans with suppliers to support production planning and inventory availability.\n\nPlanning & Inventory Management\nDevelop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with customer demand, available capacity, and material availability.\n\nMonitor schedule adherence and production performance, proactively identifying and resolving constraints that may impact delivery timelines.\n\nCommunicate schedule changes, potential risks, and recovery plans to production and management teams to ensure alignment.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance planning, scheduling efficiency, and operational performance.\n\nRequirements And Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or related field\n\n3+ years of experience in purchasing, production planning, or inventory control.\n\nExperience within a manufacturing environment\n\nStrong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).\n\nAbility to analyze data and translate into actionable supply plans.\n\nSelf-starter, a team player, result oriented with strong attention to detail\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nContinuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and support operational improvements.\n\nHigh Impact Behaviors\nContinuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning,seeking outopportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.\n\nCollaboration and Teamwork: Effective professionals understand the value of collaboration. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
