From managing partner benefit administration and financial reconciliation to troubleshooting complex member issues, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our members have a seamless experience accessing the technology and benefits included in their XYPN membership.\nYou’ll combine exceptional attention to detail with strong project management and problem-solving skills. You’ll manage day-to-day partnership operations, maintain accurate billing and utilization data, and identify opportunities to simplify and improve our processes. You’ll also coordinate cross-functional projects to launch new partner benefits and improve existing ones, working closely with teams across XYPN to keep projects organized, partners and stakeholders doing\nExecute monthly partnership reconciliations across all partners and XYPN-billed technologies using Excel, Monday.com, Stripe, and Retool, ensuring accurate billing, up-to-date systems, and timely escalation of technical issues.\nManage daily partner benefit administration, including member signups, transfers, cancellations, and benefit adjustments, ensuring requests are completed within one business day.\nGenerate accurate and timely reporting on partnership data, billing, and utilization to support Finance reporting standards and departmental decision-making.\nCommunicate proactively with partners to coordinate member requests, benefit changes, cancellations, troubleshooting, and operational process improvements.\nManage the Partnerships Helpscout inbox, ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow-up, and escalation of issues.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex member benefit and billing issues escalated by the Member Success team through HelpScout and other channels.\nCollaborate with the Member Experience Manager to identify knowledge gaps and improve internal and external self-service resources.\nBuild strong cross-departmental relationships to identify opportunities for Partnerships to support organizational initiatives and improve operational processes.\nDocument, maintain, and improve operational procedures to standardize workflows, streamline member access to partner benefits, and ensure consistent service standards.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date partnership information across member-facing Knowledge Bases, the Member Benefits Portal, website placements, Member Benefit Guides, ROI Calculator, and other internal and external resources.\nDevelop and manage cross-functional project plans for new partner benefit launches and major enhancements to existing partnerships, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities across Product, Tech, Finance, Member Success, Marketing, Sales, our partners, and other teams.\nCollaborate with Product and Tech to define and document technical requirements for partner integrations, API connections, and system enhancements.\nSupport the Managing Director of Partnerships and Advisor Engagement teams with our annual XYPN LIVE conference through Exhibitor sales facilitation, Tech Expo Stage coordination, and other Exhibitor and Partnerships initiatives as needed. \nAdminister and analyze the annual Partner Benefits Survey to identify actionable insights into member experience and benefit utilization.\nSupport the Managing Director of Partnerships in planning, coordinating, and executing departmental projects and strategic initiatives.\nFlexibly project manage and support other strategic goals and business initiatives as necessary. experience in operations, financial reconciliation, or technical project management.\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on requests, and consistently meet deadlines. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to solve complex problems across multiple systems and datasets.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with financial data, reporting, and reconciliation.\nStrong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and keep projects moving forward.\nAbility to work both collaboratively with teammates and independently with little supervision.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, and proactively identify and resolve problems.\nA passion for building scalable, documented systems and eradicating operational friction.\nAbility to diplomatically hold internal and external stakeholders accountable while maintaining positive, collaborative sponsorship.\nWhat would make us drool:\nProject management certification and/or formal training in Agile or Waterfall project management.\nExperience with and a strong understanding of financial planning, fee-for-service advisor workflows, and SaaS product structures.\nA proven track record of managing large-scale financial reconciliations with near-zero error rates.\nAdvanced proficiency
