of our project delivery capabilities.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead project planning: Take ownership of planning and scheduling across multiple complex construction projects, from pre-construction through to handover.\n\nDrive programme excellence: Develop, review and challenge detailed construction programmes, ensuring clear milestones, dependencies and realistic delivery schedules.\n\nIntegrate planning and technology: Support the integration of project programmes, including MEP installation and commissioning sequences, with BIM and 4D planning tools.\n\nManage programme risks: Conduct critical path, schedule risk and delay analysis, identifying potential challenges and developing effective mitigation and recovery strategies.\n\nDeliver meaningful insights: Provide clear, actionable progress reporting and programme analysis to clients and senior stakeholders.\n\nBuild strong partnerships: Collaborate with client and contractor planning teams, providing expert guidance, constructive challenge and technical leadership.\n\nInfluence and develop others: Support planning standards, share best practice and mentor colleagues to strengthen planning opportunities.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nConstruction-related degree or relevant M&E trade background with progression into project planning.\n\nDemonstrable experience in construction planning or scheduling, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead planning role.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6.\n\nWillingness to travel regularly across Europe and the Middle East.\n\nKEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS\nProven planning experience within data centre, mission-critical or similarly complex construction environments.\n\nStrong understanding of MEP installation, commissioning and integrated systems testing.\n\nExperience developing and managing complex construction programmes across multiple stakeholders.\n\nStrong knowledge of critical path analysis, programme risk management and delay mitigation.\n\nExperience delivering projects across Europe and/or the Middle East, ideally with knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contracts.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge at senior level.\n\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance technical detail and broader project priorities.\n\nExperience with Asta Powerproject, 4D planning tools such as Synchro or Navisworks, or Power BI would be advantageous.\n\nReady to help shape the future of construction?\nIf you're an experienced Project Planner who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing project outcomes and embracing innovative ways of working, we'd love to hear from you.\nJoin XYZ Reality and help us change the way the world builds.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4499,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Germany","iso":"DE","kind":"region"},{"name":"France","iso":"FR","kind":"region"},{"name":"United
