Oversee day-to-day administration coordination, operations and planning are running smoothly in the organization.\n\n2. Manage compliance, compensation, internal equity, record-keeping.\n\n3. Implement Admin strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.\n\n4. Coordinate with Amin Team in the preparation of monthly Payroll.\n\n5. Provide administrative support to Line Manager, such as scheduling meetings, record meeting minutes, preparing reports, and maintaining departmental records.\n\n6. Monitor inventory of office and factory daily use supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.\n\n7. Oversee facilities management (e.g. electricians, security guards, drivers, car fleet), and supervision of chef and kitchen.\n\n8. Oversee and implement IWRs and Organization Chart for all relevant departments.\n\n9. Prepare Probation and Annual Performance Evaluation for all employees.\n\n10.
