JOB TITLE: FLEET MANAGER (WAREHOUSE)
REPORT TO: MANAGEMENT
LOCATION: ST TRUNG MOIN, STEUNG MEAN CHEY, PHNOM PENH
SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE
Job Summary:
A fleet manager is responsible for overseeing the company's vehicle operations, drivers, and maintenance schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Lifecycle Management: Handle vehicle acquisition (buying or leasing), registration, insurance, and final remarketing or disposal.
2. Maintenance & Repairs: Create preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate urgent repairs to reduce downtime.
3. Cost Control: Monitor fuel consumption, optimize routes, and track overall expenses to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO)
4. Driver Management: Recruit and train drivers, monitor driving behaviour, and schedule shifts or routes
5. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local transportation laws, driving hour limits, and environmental regulations while managing accident reports.
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics or a similar field.
2. Proven working experience as a Logistics / Import Manager at least 5 years
3. Experience in import/export operations and customs clearance (Steel manufacturing)
4. Knowledge of HS codes, Incoterms, and trade compliance
5. Proficiency in Microsoft office
6. Proficiency in English language both speaking and writing
7. Good interaction and organization skills
8. Record of successful distribution and logistics management
9. Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staffs
10. Proficient in standard logistics software
11. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
12. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
