The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and practical way.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nReview detailed medical records and identify key treatment history, care needs, and supporting information\nPrepare life care plans, medical cost analyses, reports, and related research\nEvaluate complex medical files and identify current and future care needs\nResearch medical services, equipment, medications, therapies, and related costs\nUse records, provider information, research, and cost data to support recommendations\nSupport plaintiff and defense matters, including personal injury cases\nCommunicate with providers, attorneys, claims professionals, and internal team members\nParticipate in case discussions, file reviews, and report updates\nApply clinical knowledge and life care planning standards to evaluate care needs\nManage assignments and deadlines with accuracy and responsiveness\nAdditional duties as assigned\nWhat You Bring:\nActive Registered Nurse license required\nCertified Life Care Planner certification required\n10+ yrs of clinical, case management, rehabilitation, or related healthcare experience\nStrong understanding of medical terminology, treatment planning, and long-term care considerations\nExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed narrative reports and cost analyses\nStrong analytical, organizational, and research skills with close attention to detail\nDemonstrated experience building relationships with healthcare providers, clients, and case stakeholders\nWho We Are:\nYA Group is an international professional services organization providing forensic consulting, engineering, risk mitigation, and related services.
