The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nDevelop and execute end-to-end inbound and outbound campaign strategy \nDeploy campaigns across multiple channels including email, paid media, SEO, webinars, events, and social media \nBuild and optimize automated lifecycle workflows that move prospects through the buyer’s journey \nCollaborate with Business Development to ensure lead quality and establish SOPs that accelerate pipeline \nDefine success metrics, track campaign performance, and provide reporting using marketing automation and analytics tools \nPartner with subject-matter experts and creative and digital teams to produce assets that support demand generation initiatives \nMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform strategy \nMaintain data quality and consistency across marketing systems and workflows \nPerform additional duties as assigned \nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar field, with a master’s degree considered a plus \n5–7 years of experience in a dedicated demand generation or growth marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment \nStrong experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) \nAdvanced proficiency in data analytics tools to evaluate campaign ROI \nUnderstanding of paid acquisition channels and SEO best practices \nProven success managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns \nStrong communication, project management and organizational skills including copywriting skills \nPreferred experience launching and scaling Account-Based Marketing programs \nWho We Are:\nYA Group is an international professional services organization providing forensic consulting, engineering, risk mitigation, and related services.
