This leadership role is responsible for building an effective enterprise-wide talent acquisition function and recruiting the talent needed to support company growth goals. This role develops recruiting strategy and oversees recruiting operations, workforce planning, recruiting technology, and team outcomes while collaborating closely with key stakeholders.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive global recruiting strategy aligned with company growth objectives. \nCollaborate with senior leadership to shape workforce planning, hiring priorities, and capacity models. \nOversee full-cycle recruitment across all functions, including revenue-generating and corporate roles. \nDesign and implement scalable, repeatable recruiting processes, workflows, and service-level agreements that support timely, quality hiring as the company grows. \nOversee hiring calibration, interview design, and offer strategy processes. \nPartner with HR to ensure a consistent, positive onboarding experience. \nBuild awareness of the YA brand and communicate the employee value proposition throughout the recruiting process.\nTrain hiring managers and establish expectations for consistent, high-quality interviewing practices and a positive candidate experience. \nManage and improve the TA technology stack, including the ATS, AI-enabled sourcing, and interview support tools. \nUse data to inform strategic decisions and ongoing process improvement. \nIdentify key metrics that evaluate talent acquisition programs and initiatives across the organization and recommend/implement solutions where appropriate. \nDevelop scalable reporting, forecasting, and workforce planning models. Create a Recruiting dashboard for HR and management that provides visibility into hiring outcomes and risks. \nIdentify social media and digital platforms that help reach qualified candidates. \nEstablish and maintain relationships with employment agencies, external recruiters, professional associations, and other organizations that support an ongoing pipeline of candidates. \nGuide and develop the recruiting team by setting clear goals, expectations, and measures of success. \nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred \n8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with increasing responsibility, including 4+ years in leadership roles. \nBackground recruiting specialized technical professionals, including forensic engineers, architects, accident reconstructionists, construction consultants, forensic accountants, and expert witnesses. \nExperience recruiting licensed and credentialed professionals (PE, ACTAR, WRT, OSHA, IH, or similar), as well as revenue-generating business development leaders in national markets. \nDemonstrated ability developing employer brand strategies and talent pipelines. \nSubstantial knowledge of national talent markets, recruiting operations, and labor law compliance. \nBusiness acumen and the ability to align hiring strategies with revenue and growth goals. \nAbility to use data, analysis, and reporting to inform decisions. \nClear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all organizational levels. \nExperience building and developing effective teams in evolving, growth-oriented environments. \nProficient in ATS platforms. \nKnowledgeable about employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels (EEO, Wage and Hour). \nWho We Are:\nYA Group is an international professional services organization providing forensic consulting, engineering, risk mitigation, and related services.
