You’ll provide financial support for long and short term processes and help maintain our company’s financial health. You will be in charge of some of the different accounting, Tax and administrative activities related to several entities.As a member of this team you will\nAutomate accounting processes: Implement tools and systems to automate accounting tasks, improving efficiency and reducing errors.\n\nOptimize existing financial processes: Evaluate and streamline existing processes within the finance department to enhance overall performance and accuracy.\n\nManage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of companies: Oversee and manage the complete accounting cycle, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closings for a group of companies.\n\nAssist in accounting closings and audits: Provide support during accounting closings and assist in the preparation and coordination of audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.\n\nSupport tax reporting and compliance: Assist with the preparation, filing, and control of taxes in collaboration with external tax advisors.\n\nSupport treasury management: Assist in managing cash flow, banking relationships, and other treasury-related tasks for multiple companies.\n\nWho will thrive in this role\nThese are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n\n1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.\n\nKnowledge of Netsuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\n\nSpanish and English spoken fluently (level C1)\n\nYABA’s team commitment\nWe are YABA, the lifelong well-being curator.
