applications and the data that underpins them\nTranslate migration needs into clearly defined data attributes across multiple workstreams\nUnderstand and manage data synchronisation and reconciliation across data transfer files\nDesign and implement effective database queries to match, retrieve, and extract data\nIdentify database structural requirements by evaluating migration operations and engineering processes\nAssess database implementation procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations\nOversee data migration from legacy systems to new solutions end-to-end\nProvide consultation and support to database engineering teams\nRecommend improvements to JCL queries and Oracle/Mainframe database queries Required Skills & Experience\nStrong understanding of banking applications and the data structures that support them\nProven experience in data migration, including the use of ETL tooling\nSolid understanding of data synchronisation and reconciliation processes\nAbility to design effective database queries (Oracle/Mainframe)\nExperience with JCL queries and legacy mainframe data environments\n• Awareness of regulatory compliance in a banking or financial services
