  • Team Growth: Mentor SDE-1 and SDE-2 engineers, conduct deep-dive technical sessions, and drive the adoption of emerging technologies like Core ML.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of professional iOS development with a track record of shipping high-scale apps.
  • System Design: Proficiency in designing offline-first applications and handling complex state management.
  • Security: Deep understanding of iOS security frameworks, Keychain, and end-to-end encryption principles.
  • Optimization: Mastery of Instruments (leaks, time profiler) and advanced debugging techniques.
