You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR team and interview panels to help deliver a smooth and positive recruitment experience.\n\nYou will support HR projects, process improvements, data gathering, analysis, and reporting activities. In addition, you will also contribute to HR administration by maintaining accurate employee and candidate records in SuccessFactors.\n\nYour responsibilities:\n\n Support end-to-end recruitment activities for internship positions.\n\n Coordinate communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.\n\n Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.\n\n Assist in preparing campus recruitment proposals and hiring plans.\n\n Schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.\n\n Assist with onboarding activities for new interns where required.\n\n Supporting HR administration, Projects and maintaining employee records within SuccessFactors.\n\n Supporting data analysis, and reporting activities when required.\n\nWhat do you bring?\n\n Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.\n\n Strong interest in Recruitment and HR.\n\n Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\n\n Strong organizational and time-management skills.\n\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\n\n Detail-oriented with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.\n\nAbout You!\n\nA motivated and inspirational colleague, happy to support the business and truly devoted to customer success.
